Today is the first day of Spring, and the events in Lincoln are warming up! This Saturday features two events: The Downtown Lincoln Spring Festival and the Twelfth Annual Dessert Extravaganza and Auction.

DOWNTOWN LINCOLN HOSTS HUGE SPRING FESTIVAL
LINCOLN, CA. – The Easter Bunny is visiting Downtown Lincoln! On Saturday, March 23, Downtown Lincoln comes together to host the Spring Festival of 2013 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Bring your Easter basket, take pictures with the Easter Bunny as he roams around Downtown Lincoln, and enjoy family-friendly interactive Easter booths in Beerman’s Plaza. Stop by the following Downtown Lincoln businesses throughout the day with your Easter basket to pick up Easter goodies delivered by the Easter Bunny himself!

The Raffle Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 11:30 a.m. and go until 1 p.m. Each egg will have a raffle number, so find as many or as few as you want and test your luck in the raffle! Registration for the Raffle Egg Hunt is free.
Early registration for the Raffle Easter Egg Hunt can be found online. Registration on the day of the event goes from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
LINCOLN CELEBRATES TWELFTH ANNUAL DESSERT EXTRAVAGANZA
LINCOLN, CA. – Lincoln is gearing up to celebrate as Community Christian Schools presents their Twelfth Annual Dessert Extravaganza and Auction on Saturday, March 23. Come out and support the CCS students, taste test a huge variety of local cakes, pies, pastries and sweets, and cast your vote for the People’s Choice Award. The event will feature a silent and live auction with extraordinary prizes including dream vacations to Tahoe, San Francisco, the Napa Valley and local “staycations”. There will be relaxing spa packages, sporting event tickets, golf rounds, packages for the kids and much more. With more than 5,000 square feet of award winning desserts and pastries to check out, along with spectacular artwork created by CCS students, it will be an event you won’t want to miss.
All proceeds will benefit Community Christian Schools in Lincoln, Ca. Tickets are available in advance or at the door.
The event will be held on Saturday, March 23 at 6:30 p.m. in the Lincoln Community Center at 2010 First Street in Lincoln. Whether you want to enjoy an evening out dessert tasting, enter your own dessert, participate in the auction or just come support Community Christian Schools, this event has something for everyone.
